Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safer: I advise all my patients who are pregnant or trying to conceive to stop ibuprofen. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a better option. I also advised avoiding aspirin unless you have a history of poor pregnancy outcomes such as severe hypertension. I am taking Clomid (clomiphene) and needing to take the progesterone test. Does the cycle day you ovulate matter as far as when you need to take the test?
