Also, omega-3 fats (epa, dha found in fish oil & others) also have a supportive role in bipolar d/o with hypomania. Hypomania to mania: I'm not sure why you would want to advance the severity of bipolar d/o and i'm not sure that you can self-induce this type of mood state (drug use excluded), but depriving yourself of sleep and continuing to act on every impulse will probably set the stage. Continuing to cognitively reinforce grandiose beliefs and not listening to comments from those close will also assist your quest to mania. ...Read more
