Ringing In Ears While Doing Pushups
Having some clicking in ears when yawning.. Trying to pop ears manually while exhaling holding nose.. Feels like fluid but not popping.. No ear pain?
Eustachian tube dyfx: When you are yawning the popping you are having is caused by air rushing into the ear when your eustachian tube is opening. The eustachian tube is a tube that connects your ear to your throat and opens naturally when you yawn or swallow. Try popping your ears by plugging your nose and blowing hard. Your ears should pop open. This is called a valsalva maneuver and is very effective. ...Read more
Not sure: Ringing or clicking seem to be separate processes. Might be TMJ problems (see: http://goo.Gl/pfhce), or you might just want to work on strengthening your brain (i like deepak chopra's http://goo.Gl/iuuty). ...Read more

Serous otitis media: You are describing symptoms of fluid behind the ear drum which moves when you move your head forward and backwards. Change in hearing, dizziness and ringing in your ears all can be caused by this condition, serous otitis media. Vertigo is caused by an inflammation of the semi-circular canals behind the ear drum and resolves when treated. See your physician for treatment. ...Read more
Possibly: If the volume is too loud with head phones or ear buds like an ipod etc. Then you can very definitely damage your hearing esp. High frequency. The volume should never be so loud that it causes you to not hear someone trying to talk to you or that causes ringing in ears immediately afterwards. Rock concerts can be esp. Bad for this - wearing ear plugs is probably the best way to prevent damage here. ...Read more

37 female. Hearing heartbeat in ear. Seems to stop when I clench my jaw. Also have pain in tendons running from elbow to wrist, not sure associated?
Unrelated: These symptoms are unrelated. It is not uncommon to feel or hear the pulse in the ear, but if it is a very noticeable feeling, it's prudent to have your blood pressure checked to make sure it's not elevated. Your arm symptom is nonspecific but could be due to an inflamed tendon in the elbow. If you can take them, nsaids like Advil or Aleve (naproxen) may help. Otherwise see your physician for evaluation. ...Read more
Can TMJ cause ears hissing/ringing? Ear dull aches and ear itching? Laying down moving jaw forward changes sound. MRI of ear and brain were good.
Yes Take home test!: It sounds like you have a TMJ problem. The reason the sound changes when you move you jaw forward is you are moving the condyle down and forward freeing the joint to function normally. When you do this usually the sound goes away. (clicking and popping) A good test is to open an close and listen for clicking and popping. Then bite on a cotton tip applicator (Qtip) open and close-no more noise. ...Read more
Constant ear popping(on swallow), tinnitus, irritation in throat, from last 2months. I can't feel pressure in ears when I do "valsalva maneuver".
Hearing heartbeat in left ear when laying and changing position. Short periods of muffled hearing in same ear. Daily headaches in back of head.
Likely noncaddiac: Normal heart beats can frequently be heard by patients when they lie on their side or ear. It's a common complaint i hear in the office. We title it "cardiac awareness". Uncertain why it manifests itself to patients when it does. I suspect this is not a cardiac abnormality. Headaches obviously shouldn't be treated lightly. Common allergies on up to more important organic causes may be responsible. ...Read more

Earwax: I think its due to the ear wax - attenuating the sounds. I would avoid using Q tips to clean your ears.
