Likely concussion: The tinnitus and dizziness could be from a concussion especially if it is not localized to one ear. Concussion symptoms will improve over time. If it is one ear then you might have labyrinthine concussion where the force delivered to the temporal bone that houses the ear causes hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo. See ENT if just one side. Suggest you see an : ENT and audiologist for full evaluation. Ringing in the ears is usually from hearing loss and is not reversible but can be caused by some meds. You don't list any here.
