Left wrist weakness with no tingling/numbness. Pain/discomfort when wrist is rubbed at base of the thumb and when bent. Emg, X-ray and MRI are normal.

Arms are innervated: by spinal cord roots C3-T2. Sudden pain is worrisome, but wrist & hand weakness is even more concerning.
