Watch on that hand?: If the rashes on the hand that you wear your watch you may be allergic to nickel. You could make the diagnosis yourself i just switching your watch to the other hand. Possibly: The rash could be scarlet fever, a rash associated with untreated strep throat. This untreated infection could lead to the symptoms you describe. Some viral illnesses can do the same. The ONLY way to know is to test with a strep test. If it is positive, then you need antibiotics to prevent further problems like effects on your heart.
