Pain inside scrotum persists even after hernia repair and after orchiectomy, in a 61 year-old.....?

Questionable treatment, unless indirect inguinal hernia shown first.: Testicular &/or scrotal pain can notoriously be difficult to manage and often does not respond to epididymectomy.
