Unlikely but see dr: Difficult to say likelihood without more history, but for a tumor to be palpable through the abdomen it usually would have to be fairly large, and likely would not be the only symptom if it were this big. In general bone marrow suppression (bms) causing lower red blood cells (rbcs) with anemia, lowered wbcs with increased risk of infection, and lowerd platelets with increased risk of bleeding. Oxalipaltin ("o" in folfox) can cause numbness or cold induced nerve pain. Irinotecan ("i" in folfiri) causes diarrhea. Etc... ...Read more
