Chest pain. Dull but painful. 23 year old female. High triglycerides. 303 last check up. Could that be causing it?

Doubt it's heart

Chest_tightness
Though triglycerides are high it is still very unlikely that its your heart. Heart attacks in 23 y/o very very unlikely. However it is obviously concerning you. You should see your doctor and get it looked into. It could be musculoskeletal, reflux, gallbladder, or several other things.

My heart rate (not resting) is 77. I am 19 and a female. I have a squeezing left chest pain, painful shoulders, and nausea. What should I do?

It's likely not a

Hrt attack, try Mylanta. It's probably esophageal reflux (heartburn) or possibly anxiety (maybe both). Are u sleeping well at night? Do u clinch your teeth? Significant chest pain is very low probability for a cardiac problem or death at ur age. It would be irresponsible of me to tell u to not go in though. it may B something more significant.

A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately. Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection. Have it evaluated right away to prevent potential serious complications.

Dr. Alan Feldman answered:

Weight loss, night sweats, chest pain, right side neck ache /painful to the touch. Right side thyroid swelling, but my blood tests come back healthy?

Possibly thyroiditis

Antithyroid_medication
Some of your symptoms sound consistent with subacute thyroiditis. This is inflammation of the thyroid, typically related to a virus infection. Thyroid levels may or may not be normal. You should see an endocrinologist for further evaluation.

Lymphoma

Angina
All these symptoms are consistent with lymphoma. The pain snd "swelling" in your neck could be enlarged lymph nodes. Best to get checked out by an MD as blood tests will not show lymphoma in many cases but imaging might. Good luck.

I'm not sure of your previous personal or family history -- but heart disease may present differently in women than it does in men. I suggest seeing your doctor for a thorough workup around these symptoms, so you can get some personalized answers. Good luck.

Have a lump under my right armpit. Painful to put my arm next to me. Not moving, hard, have chest pain, headache, fatigue. Worried its cancer.

Probably infection

Axilla
From your history, it would appear that you have an enlarged lymph node in your armpit secondary to the recent injury to the hand. You may be having associated fever secondary to infection. At your age it is unlikely to be anything like cancer. You do need to see your PCP to be started on antibiotics.
