Spoken to doctor?: With your history of frequent UTI's I would think that contacting your physician for an appointment and testing as appropriate would be your best bet all the way out there in DOWN UNDER. Chest/abd pain: Could be reflux, elevate head of bed , consider ranitidine one a day or previcid or both or may be gas or just nerve irritation. or could you have herniated a disc when cracking back?. Do you have pain with deep breath? on BCP or smoke? then may be clots and go to urgent care /ER check d-dimer. Not sure but: Possibilities may include stagnant or slow flow of bile in d duct/cholestasis, ibs, pinched phrenic nerve underneath rib cage, muscle strain etc. Follow up with ur dr. Based on the whole constellation of symptoms though, I would think that you are having problems with you gallbladder. Multiple causes.: Kidney infection, kidney stones, old menstrual blood mixed with urine, sexual trauma, urethritis, etc. If this continues recheck the urine; however, I suggest a helical CT scan of the kidneys to look for a stone as well as a pelvic ultrasound. Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, may need a doctor's re-evaluation to be sure it's not appendicitis, which would need surgery. ...Read more
