I keep getting hardness and swelling in my lower abdomen, i'm not gassy or constipated, it often feels like i'm really full, any ideas?
Many possibilities: Possibilities are from nothing to things like a full bladder if you retain urine, large uterus, fluid in abdominal wall or inside.
