A rash on your abdomen could be due to dermatitis, infection, an insect bite or something more significant such as a blood disorder or pancreatitis or other causes. Pain: It's not normal to have persistent lower back and lower abdominal pain. If you haven't seen your primary care physician for an evaluation it would be a good idea to do so. There could be something straightforward that can be diagnosed, but there are also many other things that can be causative for your symptoms that might be more serious. Pelvis: If there has been no trauma, discomfort in the lower abdomen in the midline may be due to some pelvic congestion or mild inflammation. Even with people the "bruise easily" we expect most bruising to occur in the arms/legs because in the even of trauma, we try to protect our core body from injury. Spontaneous bruising in the core/abdomen can potentially be worrisome.
