Hi i fell down stairs friday night and since then i have pain in right hip when walking, tingling up and down right leg and arm with some mild pain.

Depends on location: Pain in the "hip" can have many causes. The location and type of pain (sharp, achy, dull) as well as knowing what make it better or worse can help sort it out . Physical therapy: First have you seen anyone to determine f there is an anatomic reason for it? A stiff hip can be from stiff muscles surrounding it or misalignment in the back (chiropractor). Inflammation from diet issues can also affect. One leg shorter than the other.
