Why to I have a tight, stiff, almost cramp like feeling in my right hand? It hurts to move. Its on the left side of my hand if the palm is facing you.
Hand cramps: Apologetically, i can't picture where ur hand is cramping. Ex: of some causes... Carpal tunnel: leads to weakness/ burning/ numb/ crampy in thumb & pointer +/ - middle. "ulnar" tunnel same but opp side hand. If after carrying, can be nml response. May be from leaning on nerve at elbow. May be a "contracture." dupuytrenes is one ex. If it persists see ur doc.
