Hand cramps: Apologetically, i can't picture where ur hand is cramping. Ex: of some causes... Carpal tunnel: leads to weakness/ burning/ numb/ crampy in thumb & pointer +/ - middle. "ulnar" tunnel same but opp side hand. If after carrying, can be nml response. May be from leaning on nerve at elbow. May be a "contracture." dupuytrenes is one ex. If it persists see ur doc. If sudden go to ER: There are many possible causes, such as a pinched nerve or multiple sclerosis or Lyme Disease, but if this has just suddenly happened and has not before then PLEASE GO TO THE ER RIGHT NOW as it could be caused by a stroke and that needs immediate treatment.
