Sounds systemic: There are too many problems to be isolated to 1 specific part of the body. I am not sure of what medications you are taking or what other medical conditions you have, but given your age I suspect that you have an electrolyte imbalance that is causing this cascade of problems. In the short run?: Excedrin for migraine headaches if they seel such a product in India and if symptoms are that of migraine headache (one sided thumping along with nausea/vomiting, sensitivity to light, sound, and smells). Likely migraine aura: Sounds like an aura from a migraine event. See an ophthalmologist to make sure your eye(s) is/are experiencing a retinal problem, such as a retinal tear.
