I have 2 swollen lynphnodes behind right ear, tingling on face, base of skull headache- all on right side only should I be concerned.

Sleep on right side?: If this happens only when you are lying on your pillow, be sure that your earlobe is not folded . Perhaps you need a softer pillow.
