Man where do I go from here just got back home from ER i, m more sick now with chest pain they did nothing but keg and blood ?

Angina on exertion: The description is classic for coronary artery disease causing chest pain/angina on exertion. I am not sure if he is already maximally treated with medication to help with symptoms. If he is still in relatively good health--robust 86, a catheter-based angioplasty is not unreasonable.
