If you have calf: pain, you need to make sure you don't have a clot in your leg thats most important. the pus signifies an infection, and it sounds like your describing an ulcer as a result. You need to see a doctor. ...Read more

Cellulitis: Without blistering or fluid build up under the area, this could be a rash, sunburn, eczema , or cellulitis. It sounds like you could use a visit to your doctor to make sure. Infection: You should visit a doctor. If the area is large, it could be a furuncle or carbuncle. Yellowness with pressure may indicate a buildup of infection that needs to be drained and kept open with a wick and you may require a dose of IV antibiotics versus an oral course. Several causes: Shingles usually causes cluster(s) of tiny blisters (vesicles). If you have pain in a much wider area than is covered by the blisters, shingles is likely. The same is true if new clusters appear in the same general part of your body. Insect/spider bites are also possible. Fire ant bites: Most likely fire ant bites, they will go away without treatment in several days. The white center is not an indication of infection, so it is best not to break the blister. Just put a bandage over them to keep your little one from scratching.
