Absolutely: Cervical spondylosis is a much more common cause of radiculopathy and nerve pain than thoracic outlet syndrome, a cervical rib, a brachial plexopathy or shoulder impingement syndrome, particularly with confirmed cervical spondylosis. Sounds like: Nerve irritation or injury that could be coming from your neck seem a very likely explanation for these symptoms. Assessing if neck position change the symptoms might help. A good neurological history and competent examination should sort this out. The pulsating might also suggest a vascular contribution though that can be a pain associated with nerve compression as well. ...Read more
