Check with your doc: Chest pains can come from narrowed arteries in the heart. However this usually occurs with exertion and resolves with rest. A pain in the chest at night could also be from acid reflux or some other GI problem. Or it even could be from some muscular or rib pain. Numbness: If you awoke with this and it resolves soon after you awake then it is likely positional. Meaning you slept on your right arm and compressed the nerve. Your arm fell asleep. Hand and Arm Pain: Sounds like you are having an awful time with your hands and arms. I suggest you be seen by a Family Doctor and be evaluated for Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. This can often occur during pregnancy. You need to have your thyroid checked and get what are called nerve conduction tests to see if there is damage to the nerves in your arms and hands. If the face, arms, trunk, and legs are involved, the lesion would be in the cerebral cortex in the brain. If the face isn't involved, the pathology would most likely be in the spinal cord.
