On and off left side of chest pain. Heart is fine according to ECG. Should I go see a Pulmonologist or Neurologist? Don't know if I have time for both

Ekg borderline. Pain in left side of chest. Pain in left shoulder. Cardiologist did ekg and said heart is OK. ER said it was pericarditis.

What kind of chest pain would be cardiovascular related? Is there a distinct type of pain one would feel? I get pain on left side of chest sometimes.
