Then i would guess you have a stuffy nose as well...Since the dark circles are due to the congestion pressing on the blood vessels under the eyes. In this case, best is to try one the many derm/beauty remedies offered and I have recently seen many ads on TV recommending good eye creams. Some of them do help a lot.
