It's difficult: If it's recurring boils, you probably are carrying a bad bacteria on the skin. This area is especially prone. Don't shave. You could try an antibacterial wash only a couple times / week (every day is too much - the bugs just get resistant to the wash!) & keepthe skin well moisturized, but also try to wear loose-fitting clothes to keep dry. Bartholin Cyst?: Bartholin glands are 2/3 of the way from the top (front) of the vagina on either side. If the gland's duct gets blocked and a cyst forms (can get very big) see a gynecologist. If it gets infected it becomes a painful pus filled abscess. Typically these types of lesions on the vagina occur not too long after shaving or can occur from small cuts on the vagina due to scratching or other minor trauma.
