Very Very Bad: Sugar is the enemy. There is a pinch of protein in soy milk, but the rest of the smoothie you are ingesting is nearly one hundred percent sugar or carbohydrates. Accutane may be offered as an option, but your doctor is better able to recommend what's best for you. Good luck. ...Read more
If I switch from coffee, tea and pop to sugar free diluted juice which has plenty of water in will it help clear clogged pores on face?
Fruits, vegs, water: Yes, increasing water and decreasing sugar will help. Also cleaning with a mild but non-drying soap such as Neutrogena. Take vitamins A,E, D, and Zinc for your skin. Keep it clean but don't scrub hard. Use tissue paper to blot any excess oil. If you can get a prescription for Tretinoin, that will help your face skin to turn over and decrease pores. Or, look for a product with retinoids. ...Read more

If needed after a few weeks, consider adding an oral antibiotic such as Erythromycin or tetracycline / Minocycline as suitable for the individual. Dermatologists have the big guns -- accutane, lasers. A clear face is your right. Good luck. ...Read more
Possibly: No one does research giving herbs during pregnancy so we don't know for sure. It seems safe to use in cooking but taking medicinal amounts may cause bleeding or stimulate uterine contractions. I advise caution with all herbs in the first trimester. It is probably safest in the final weeks of pregnancy. See http://bit.Ly/16ma7p2 ; http://www.Nlm.Nih.Gov/medlineplus/druginfo/natural/662.Html. ...Read more
