Im 22 yrs old, female and I have been having some interesting symptoms. My ribs hurt, I am dizzy on occasion, can't sleep, terrible migraines & fatigue?
On NO meds. DX is inappropriate sinus tach. Normal resting HR is ~100bpm. HR is currently 40-50bpm. Too low? Feeling dizzy, nausea, trouble sleeping
