Pain under ribs: Well only about 1000 causes so need more information. So think and observe it more and send much more detail on what brings it on, makes it better etc. Which side for example?

Normal hida scan: A normal gallbladder ejection fraction is more than 50%. It is normal in your case. Unless you have a situs invertus (in this case the liver on the left side instead of the right side) your symptom is probably not related to hepatobiliary disease, as demonstrated by your normal hida scan.
