Sciatica?: In my experience, "SI joint" and "Piriformis" syndromes are commonly over-diagnosed by mistake. Instead, I do see a lot of cases of sciatica from degenerate discs and pinched nerves in the lumbar spine. Not sure: Left lower quadrant pain could be caused by intestinal issues, ovarian problems in women, urinary tract issues, uterine issues, referred pain from other structures in the abdomen (gall bladder, appendix, etc).
