Rheumatoid : Rheumatoid arthritis unfortunately can present in many ways. To be sure of the diagnosis you really need to see a rheumatologist and have blood tests to confirm the diagnosis. A biopsy would have shown the probem to be sarcoidosis so that probably can now be eliminated.
