I have a fallen arch on my right foot. & i also have osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. My right ankle give me pain. Would an arch support help?

Knee popping: You need to follow up with a Rheumatologist particularly at your age. You will need follow up xrays and labs. if this is due to your RA, your Rheumatologist will be able to tell by your xray and labs.
