Do soft tissue sarcomas usually bruise. Lump and bigbruise on foot (no mem trauma) diagnosed as broken vein/vessel. Was told sarcoma wouldn't bruis?
Don't usually bruise: Sarcomas of the foot uncommon. The most frequent sarcoma is liposarcoma that would be extremely rare followed by fibrosarcomas usually beginning with plantar fibromatosis and extending to the fibrosarcoma which rarely is vascular and doesn't bleed. Depressed & bruising: Some antidepressants (like ssri's) can cause easy bruising -- usually in the form of small petechiae. Serotonin receptors are on platelets (and many other locations in the body). Their clumping can decrease, esp if Aspirin is added -- thus you could have easy bruising. I have mild foot arthritis & take ibuprofen for it. Occasionally I get 1 splinter hemorrhage on 1 fingernail. Can NSAIDs cause splinter hemorrhages?

Need more info.: It may be normal, but your description is not sufficient to give more information. You could always have injured more than just skin or you could potentially have an infection.
