Hashimotos. Ana + anti-ssa/ro. Stiff, painful, swollen joints + raynauds. Doc says it's "lupoid arthritis". Is this lupus? He gave me plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) 200mg

Saw rheum for malar rash, joint pain, muscle pain, fatigue. he ran FBC, ENA, ANA, CK Enzyme, Complement. all normal/neg so he said no lupus. confused?

Yes: You do not mention the rheumatoid factor and ccp antibody results but an inflammatory polyarthritis can certainly be RA even with other autoantibodies positive.
