I have cyst nd my gyni says that i have negative rh factor and my husband has positive rh factor so does this rh factor effects on conceiving?

No: Rh factor does not affect conception, but it may have an effect on the fetus if the fetus is Rh positive and you make antibodies to Rh. Please keep in touch with your doctor, as there are ways of preventing you from making antibodies to Rh. If you are allergic and Baby has it, Baby can get very sick because of it. This used to be very common and serious but now we can prevent it. Is rheumatoid facotr different from Rh factor?

Rh Factor: Rheumatoid factor is very different from rh, or rhesus factor. Rf represents an autoimmune process, where your body is attacking itself. Rh is the "d" antigen, which makes our blood cells either positive or negative, such as o+ or o-. If it is present on our red blood cells, we do not make antibodies against it, otherwise we would attack our own blood. But if it is neg, then we do make them. ...Read more
