Also, should be aware of posture and activities that could be worsening problem. So if picking heavy objects should avoid it. It depends on type o: The report is only as reliable as the type of x-ray done(? C-spine x-ray versus MRI of the c-spine).
If you have lots of pain, a plane x-ray is not likely to help with the diagnosis. You need to be sure that you are examined by a neurologist or neurosurgeon to help you find out the cause and offer treatment which is appropriate.
