Yoga: No form of yoga has been shown to consistently improve fertility, so there is no 'best.' that said, if yoga helps with stress reduction it 'may' point you in the right direction. I have personal bias against the 'hot' yoga (bikram) in women trying to conceive, the risks are not insignificant. Best wishes. ...Read more

Possibly: Nolvadex is not a common name .It may be an aromatase inhibitor - like anastrozole. Prolactinoma is best treated by removing it if large or tablets of bromocriptine / cabergoline. The urologist determines if is needed as well. ...Read more

Testosterone therapy: If you're referring to testosterone replacement therapy, any exogenous testosterone - gel, shots etc. - that's not made by your testicles will depress your sperm production. If you want to have a child then you should stop testosterone and get a hormonal evaluation and semen analysis off the testosterone. Some men benefit from aromatase inhibitors like anastrozole.
