See a psychiatrist.: Your description sounds like a possible combination of generalized anxiety disorder but rather severe type mixed with some symptoms of social anxiety. You also are on the verge of panic. You will need a full diagnostic evaluation by a psychiatrist who will then work with you on a treatment plan which should include psychotherapy either with the psychiatrist or separately with a psychotherapist. Can be normal: Quite a few folks have this especially when they're doing conditioning. It's a sign you're working hard and you should be proud. Since you're under a physician's care, if this does not resolve as you get more conditioned, discuss whether you might have familial tremor (treated with propranolol, perhaps), a channelopathy (get electrolytes checked) or get a neurology referral. Glad you're exercising Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
