Whats the best OTC medication to help with insomina or anxiety and that will put me to sleep fast and wake up with a goods night rest?
Does it matter at what time you get your sleep (from 3am to 11am for example), or simply as long as you get 8hours of rest, you're fine?

I have mononucleosis and developed a full body rash, not from drugs. How can I help ease the itch as i can barely sleep. I've tried nothing but rest . I had mono for 3 days total, and now only feel the effects of the rash.
Did geodon (ziprasidone) damage my histamine and dopamine receptors? I am taking no psych drugs and do not feel great. Only way to sleep is one Benadryl or 0 rest
