No, as I know, but..: Lifting heavy objects should not affect male reproductive health unless one used steroid especially testosterone for body building or someone are born with some weak abdominal muscle which may lead to occurrence of inguinal hernia. Beyond these, it is unlikely to affect male reproductive organs from heavy lifting.
