No: A healthy male testicle makes seven million sperm per gram of testicular tissue daily. It can take a couple of days to build up enough semen to have a large ejaculate. That's why most fertility experts recommend at least 2 days of abstinence prior to producing a semen test for analysis. Drinking plenty of water, eating a healthy diet all help improve sperm quality. ...Read more

30 min: It has been estimated that the fastest swimming sperm can reach the egg in about 30 minutes (michael phelps?). On the other hand, conception can occur as many as five days after sex or possibly longer, as strong, healthy sperm can survive for about that many days (and perhaps even longer) in the supportive environment of the fallopian tubes as they wait for an egg to be released, if not already. ...Read more
First, there is no right or wrong way to position yourself for sexual intercourse in an attempt to impregnate an egg. There are a lot of myths out there.
Second it would be an odd experience here for a physician to give you answers about sex being 'best'. I often remind my patients that it is a good idea to get a sex manual and to learn from it. The one I most often recommend is "the joy of sex". ...Read more

Theoretically: An hsg can clear a proximal blockage, but studies haven't shown this happens consistently. I highly doubt any symptoms could possibly tell you whether you have a block or it was cleared. ...Read more

Wishful thinking: Many women enjoys multiple orgasms in a short period of time, but no so lucky for men--we get just one at a time. The period in between (tumescence) event gets longer and longer with age. The amount sperm is influenced by your size, health and hydration status, as well as frequency of orgasm. More frequent, less volume. Premature ejaculation is common, but treatable. Consult doc. Good luck. ...Read more
