Many things: cause diarrhea and rash... generally mild viral infections. The prandin (repaglinide) can be just a coincedence. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, and if diarrhea is persistant for more than a day of treatment, generally more tests are going to be needed. ...Read more
