Not really.: They can be removed individually with an electric needle or certain types of lasers, but i don't know of anyone willing to do that. Just about everyone's genitals have sebaceous bumps - they are a normal finding. Unless they are causing symptoms of some sort, there is no reason to remove them. ...Read more
