Keep area clean: The reaction is most likely an irritant reaction from the razor. Depending on the area of the bumps, i would just try keeping the area clean with soap and water first. If it was bad and would not go away, you could try an over the counter Hydrocortisone cream. I would not use this treatment on the face or private areas. ...Read more

See a derrmatologist: Allergies which are turned on by sun exposure are a large field. But your problem is most often a skin disease and not allergy. Caustic soaps are often irritating. A skin DR will help you. ...Read more

Yes: The children may have atopic dermatitis and even though there has been no food changes, food allergy can be acquired through direct skin contact if AD is the issue. Talk to your doctor and consider seeing an allergist. ...Read more
