Call doc if not sure: If there is a continuous watery discharge then your water may have broken and you should go to labor and delivery. If the discharge is mucous it may be your mucous plug. Contractions?: If you're 37 weeks you probably still have a while to go. You can be 3 cm for days or weeks. Are you contracting? Was your last labor very fast?
