Sitz bath: Sitz bathes can be helpful. Sit in a bathtub with warm water. There needs to be enough water to submerge the anal area. Soak for about 15 minutes – several times a day. Depends on the size,: Duration, appearance and the source. You need to rule out an abscess which at times may require drainage or antibiotics. Please see your primary doc for further workup. Yes but make sure: Yoru doc examines it at your next visit, as you may have large internal or external hemm that need treatment and if the head is getting down low in your vaginal this will put pressure on the anus, and I strongly rec u do not go past your due date, a recent large study says the ideal time to deliver for the baby is 39-40 weeks, too many bad things can happen to you or the baby once u go past 40 wk. However the incidence of colorectal cancer is increasing in your age group. You should see a physician for evaluation to be safe.
