Did you get the: Ct scan because you were short of breath? Lung cancer screening in those over 55 that smoked, 32k screens; 4k nodules of which 1% were cancer. Find a good internist. As an incidental finding, it is most likely asymptomatic and no treatment is needed(there is no treatment). Very low: Cancerous nodes very seldom calcify much. In my old home in Kansas City, many (maybe most) folks had some calcium flecks from old histoplasmosis.
