I'm 54 weight 168 and 5 ft 7. I recently started having shortness of breath after short exercising, very short. What should I be concerned with.?

Pain meds to reduce: the inflammation from it and supporting hte chest by taping it or using a cushion against the painful site would certainly help. Doing slow deep breathing exercises daily (5-6 times) for 3-5 minutes each time, can be helpful. The Costochondritis will run its course over 2-3 weeks or so.
