Doc gave me Medrol (methylprednisolone) pack for possible MS relapse. Have had the IV drip many times. It always gives me chest pain on breathing in. How can I combat this?
Advice: If you do indeed have a true ms relapse, a Medrol (methylprednisolone) dosepak lacks sufficient impact to really reverse it, but both oral and intravenous approaches will work. Several causes: Well at 17, i would say that anxiety could play a role. If chest pain was cardiac certainly you would have had known this from prior physical exams by doc. Now, breathing pain could be viral or perhaps inflammatory such as in pneumonitis. Ramdom attacks must mean they come and go and resolve without treatment.
