Here we go again: Pain is a minor symptom of ALS, and joint pain is never a symptom. The cardinal symptom of ALS is weakness. No weakness, no ALS. That furshlugginer ice bucket challenge thing unleashed an epidemic of ALS anxiety among perfectly healthy mostly young people. Could be…: These symptoms could be related to a lot of things, but from your description there is a pretty high likelihood that it could be related to the kidneys. Any chance of a UTI? You might want to be evaluated, with urine test and blood tests. Good luck. ...Read more

Probably nothing bad: That doesn't sound like it is likely anything too serious but should probably be checked out anyway. There are some relatively rare neurological conditions that can result in muscle twitching without other initial symptoms. ...Read more

Depends what it is: Seeing your doc will help to sort this out. But, it sound like you could have lateral epicondylitis. Hurts with gripping, grabbing, pulling. Sharp and/or dull pain at the lateral elbow. That radiates up into the arm and down into the forearm. Treat with ice, wrist brace and exercise but ultimately may need a cortisone injection. ...Read more

First thing: Is to have a diagnosis . Abdominal cramp could be caused due to several reasons . When a symptoms develop , we traditionally ask what else ? So , what else do you have ?Any diarrhea , constipation , nausea , vomiting , blood in the stools? Could be irritable bowel syndrome but can not tell for sure . I think you need to see your pcp for through history , physical and may need scoping. ...Read more

You may need testing: Sounds like either a neck problem, or an intrinsic shoulder problem. Please see an orthopaedic physician as you need to determine the source of the pain. It can be a nerve irritation of the cervical spine causing neck pain with referred shoulder discomfort. Or, it can be a rotator cuff problem. There are a considerable variety of these, some of which are post-infectious, secondary to medications, psychiatric disorders, as well as genetically-determined movement disorders. These : These are very non-specific symptoms, and could mean a wide range of problems. General aches and pains could be secondary to viral illness, fatigue, stress/anxiety, musculoskeletal issues, etc. The shakiness could be due to low blood sugar, anxiety, chills secondary to infection process. The easy bruising could be due to a low plalelet count or other abnormality in blood count. The bottom line here is to have a complete medical evaluation by your primary care provider.
