Breast pain: Breast pain is common during and preceding your period. If the lump in your axilla (armpit) doesn't go away after your period you should see your doctor. For the past 8 weeks I have had many lymph nodes in my armpit swell up and go down with no signs of infection. Now there is a hard pea sized lump left?
