You might want to consider an MRI as it is more sensitive to a disc herniation.: If your ct scan and x-rays are normal you probably do not have anything significant. You might want to consider an MRI of your cervical spine as it is more sensitive to disk herniation could be pressing on nerve roots .Most likely that test would be normal as well.
