If you are under 18 and can't go to the doctor by yourself, then perhaps you have an uncle, aunt, other family member who can be your advocate. Don't reach for pill: Appetite suppressants are only temporary crutches--what happens when you stop them? Exercise rather than reach for food, & keep on-hand only healthy choices if you must snack.
